I am absolutely disgusted by what I have heard today! My iPhone 6 has a fault which I was told, for me to have only had the phone 8 days to be told I can't get it replaced or anything! Well if that's the case I hope you enjoy losing customers! I am cancelling my contract and moving to a different provider

Dropping anywhere would void the warrantee!... I'll bet ya is accidental damage being passed off as "faulty".

If there is no physical damage to the phone then speak to Apple again. O2 will say you are over the 7 day happiness or return period but if you push it with them I think you will get an exchange.
