O2 watsapp support

Hi. I was browsing about upgrades on o2 and noticed a message saying need help on live chat we have watsapp chat available. Very convincing had an o2 bot and then a a person called daniel replied with all the usual security questions for o2. Further to that he requested for me to wait 30 mins. I waited a long time to speak to o2 on the phone. They didnt know anything about it. Looked on the info and theres a mobile number. Very concerning

Sounds very suspicious to me. Particularly as @Chris_K has not updated anything here!

I know this has been considered by O2 so maybe they are trialling it as in working from home
