O2 superb service

I bought a Lumia 800 18 months ago when they were selling them off so not expensive and for me a brilliant phone. Last Monday it refused to start up, so I took it into the O2 shop to see if they could start it, they could not but would send it away. Apparently it was still under warranty, which surprised me. Wednesday I got a phone back, not my own phone repaired, not a refurbished Lumia 800 but a brand new shiny Lumia 930. To say I am chuffed is an understatement. Well done O2 you have a very satisfied customer.

Hi Tunshill and Welcome to the forum.

Awesome outcome.

Good to hear a good reasonable outcome to add some balance.

Well done O2. 😄

Seriously, well done !!
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Sadly not the type of post we see very often, which is all O2's fault. Credit where credit's due this time though!

I know.....but I'm only influenced by recent performance levels wink

O2 have managed to get most things wrong since mid-September.

Also you may not have noticed an increase in TV advert activity......a sure sign of worried accountants.
