Older daughter just back from a week in northern Germany, payg and 500GB data with no major issues.
Like @MI5, not been out of the EU for the last 3 or so years - but maybe the next 6 months will change that a little, then I shell do battle with the weird definitions of Travel Bolt-ons O2 use 🤔🙄

The O2 Travel Inclusive bolt on didn't work properly (or at all) for people roaming in the US, Canada and Australia according to many people who came to the forum to complain.
O2 admitted there was a fault with the system. @Unknown_M

@MI5Good to hear. A farce? In what way?
In that it doesn't work and customers are being charged for something that is supposed to be free and included in their contracts.
Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

Not sure we would know @darrengf
People have only posted here to complain. I know O2 are being slow with repayments according to @Harrysmum2008 here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly/O2-Travel-Inclusive-confused/m-p/1150603/highlight/true#M1...
