this is all wrong... it's midnight right.. i'm stuck in the middle of who knows where.. i try to make a phone call from my O2 no signal, no coverage phone..
i pay for a premium contract with 3g/4g coverage.. and what do i get..
nothing..
since the start of september.. i have had 23 days of no calls.. thanks O2.
now i'm stuck.. in the sticks.. i can't even phone for a taxi.. or 50/50.. or even phone that friend..
O2 you suck big time..

Clearly taking longer to fix than normal, but unfortunately the only place to get updates is where you are already looking.....
All I can suggest is that when you get your signal back, call CS on 202 and ask if they would consider a goodwill gesture for the time your signal was down.
Hopefully it won't take too much longer now and when the service status shows normal again, you may have to reboot your phone to latch onto the network again.
