Someone buys something off you that's quite expensive.
They want to return it to you as now it's been made obsolete by newer model, you agree they can return it.
You don't receive it.
You email them and enquire,
They tell you it was sent over a week ago and they want a refund still.
You ask for tracking info.
They say it was just sent 1st class and you must have lost it.
You ask why it wasn't recorded delivery
They then say it just was and where's their refund?
You need to chase this with RM, not O2, you.
