So you were on a business lease tariff previously ?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

Well apparently I moved onto a lease agreement the last time I upgraded, which for the first time means I had to send back my phone. Prior to that I was on a different type of business agreement.

Ah more info now though you still need to call the royal mail support line.

Like I said, I've given up on exercises in futility. I would like O2 to step up on the customer service front.
