For about 5 days I'm unable to connect O2 live chat. Cleaned the cache and history as suggeted, and still not available. Tried on different computers.
Is that the case for everyone, or just me?

Live chat has not been working properly for a week or so now. Frustrating I know! Have you tried another browser?
If you can't get through then you would be better off calling customer services
Or unless it's an account related issue, we might be able to offer advice if you tell us what the problem is?
