Not a question but I'm just saying this is the last time I will be taking out a contract with O2 and I advise others to make this their last also. They are of no help at all and are just after making their money. They are not up for with working with their customers and are literally just a terrible tariff to take out with. Make this a warning for those wanting to continue. They scam you.

For some reason I cannot delete this but this has been resolved. So a very BIG thank you to O2 customer services. After being on the phone over an hour and multiple people, it has finally been resolved. The last person I talked to was brilliant and I would like to thank him and his manager!
