O2 are rude and charged people that all ready payed

02 are rude people they not very helpful they charge people when they payed there bills all ready cut people off they hang up on phone customer service staff need be sack that how bad they are I told them I got bank stament say payed it they got rubbish computer at there end I be taken them to court they can't mess people round for months been going on for ages and other thing what them if report mass don't listen to them they say it been fixed after 2 weeks it wasn't mass still down if you ring them 50 minutes on phone never answer they are shocking
