@TheresaV

Sorry to say, mine isn't working. Same problem. Using PC and Firefox, sign in box appears as before, add my sign in details and the sign in button remains greyed out.

Have cleared cache and cookies. So not working for me.

As said previously @Cleoriff yours is a different issue.

Yours is browser related and O2 have been fixing the connection reset issue.

It's a FF compatability issue that you are having.

Needs O2 to fix their coding or FF to push an update.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes, I know mine is a different issue as it works on Chrome on PC. However as explained to @TheresaV via PM, I use Firefox. It's up to date, latest version.

If you remember I had a similar compatibilty issue with blogs and reviews, where I couldn't kudo a post or add anything of relevance. It was an O2 problem as I had to send Marjo masses of coding which the O2 IT guys looked at and fixed.

So as I can sign into every other site, it's obvious it's an O2 issue with FF.

Maybe they'll look at yours next if they have time.
They've got a sim swap not sending texts issue to fix now......

TBH I'm not overly concerned. I can get in on my phone and on Chrome on PC if I'm desperate.

Also if I sign into community I can get straight into My O2 without signing in, as long as I do it within 30 minutes.

In fact it seems like no verification texts being received from O2 at all. Customers can't do sim swaps or get codes to activate Disney, if you feel like another issue to fix @TheresaV wink

Strange because mine has been working without issues on FF on the laptop.

Maybe it's a 'Ray' fixable issue @Cleoriff

No, I fear not. As I said, referring to problems I had for months with Blogs and reviews, it will be an O2 coding issue linked to my account.
