@Cleoriff It's not a sign in problem, I can sign in to www.o2.co.uk and community forums but the - My O2 page will not display (For me anyway) on my PC, laptop and phone (Browser)

Mine appears as a sign in problem.. Name and password goes in ok. Sign in button greyed out.

Hello again @Cleoriff @Anonymous @Mi-Amigo slight_smile

There are no known issues reported on this yet I'm afraid. Would you be able to share some screenshots so I can forward this to the team?

Thanks so much smiling

@TheresaV

This is mine on PC using Windows and Firefox.

Please note the sign in button is greyed out. It's normally blue.

However first thing this morning when I signed into the community, I clicked on My O2 and was taken straight to it without having to sign in. (Which is normal if you do it within 15 minutes of signing into the community)

Try clicking on the password field to see if the sign in button lights up.

Tried that, and it doesn't. Also deleted sign in details and re-added them. No change.

No problem at all on phone..

The only way I would get that to work is to sign out of community, left it for 10 minutes, signed back into community then immediately click on My O2 and it would take me there without having to sign in.

Must only be individual accounts or browsers then as mine is working fine on Chrome.
