I am fed up with getting nuisance calls from O2 regarding upgrages. My current contract expires mid August, these O2 calls have been landing for about the last 6 weeks. I phone 202 to get the calls stopped. "Sorry" the lady in the call centre says. "It will take up to 28 days to action your request" I asked her to repeat as I could not believe what I was hearing. Clearly IMHO O2 is still using "Steam" when it comes to customer, service unless anybody out there knows different. Been with O2 for a mighty long time, time for change me thinks.

Yes, unfortunately they do quote up to 28 days.

Also make sure yourself that your marketing preferences are all turned off.

Login to your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and click on "My Choices" from the "More" tab on the right.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I got a funny feeling it’s one of O2’s dastardly “trusted partners” trying to get you to sign up to one of their business contracts
