O2 Open - What Now?

So, I've just signed up to a 24 month iPad contract. I was told that I qualified for the O2 Open discount as I work for the NHS. The only problem was, I wasn't told how to actually go about getting it.

So I'm after a bit of help - I've had a look through the forum and there seem to be so much conflicting information I thought I'd just ask for a definitive answer!

So, can anyone tell me how I go about getting my discount? I'm collecting the iPad from my local O2 store on Friday if that has any relevance.

Thanks slight_smile

Ok. So I've now requested a code which I have received. I'm guessing I just show this code to the guys in store and they'll apply it to the iPad account?

Yes, if that is the point that you will be starting the contract.
If not, just call CS and they will apply it.

Yes thats correct. This part of the FAQ's states

Do I need to go to the store or can I access the scheme online?
You generate your O2 Open code online, but you must take your O2 Open code to an O2 store to redeem your offer and they'll do the rest

Good luck with it...:smileywink:

To be on the safe side take some form of proof that you work for the NHS. I'm not sure whether they actually bother these days but best to be sure.
