O2 Business bills

How comes when you download a pdf of your business bill it is completely different from the one you receive by post.

I would like to switch to online billing however the layout is completely different. Can O2 give us an option to download a replica of your paper bill.

@Anonymous This is a customer to customer forum, and it mainly consists of personal customers. You'd need to contact customer service with your query.

There aren't many business customers on here. I'm not sure why they can't be the same. Is the online bill more itemised whereas you just need a summary bill with vat shown?

I think you'd be better off staying as you are.
Downloading bills off business accounts online seems to be very frustrating and inconsistent.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

And akin to some kind of challenge seen on the krypton factor it seems.
