When my phone broke i was chargered for a big bundle sim as well as the new phone which i was really annoyed about in the first place because we have 5 contracts with O2 why are you tknig more money from us, then when we have tried to use this new sim which says its a big bundle 10 SIM which i was already charged for, that it has no credit, we where going to use this sim for my brother whilst he is on a accomodation school trip./!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
WHY ISNT IT WORKING? I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR IT AND IT DOESNT WORK!
