For a while now I’ve had the odd text saying I’ve run out of data. When checking online this isn’t the case.

Now this issue this morning has made my morning very difficult. Checking bus times for work etc.
My bill is a lot monthly and this shouldn’t be happening.

This is a known glitch to the system.

You can always check the real data left by looking on your phone or checking My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

(When O2 service is restored)
