So I ordered a new iPad Pro 12.9 on the 9th November and paid the upfront cost and everything went through..but I’ve never been given even a rough date? Not even a courtesy update that it will be this many weeks longer, absolutely nothing.
personally I think it’s bad customer service as anyone else I have been with have at least given estimated dates but o2 have given nothing. I’ve called 4 times with each time saying call back in a few days, as Apple have not given us stock to another advisor saying I should be good by the next week which never happened! So is anyone else going through this, and if so how long have you been waiting?
