hi there, in postcode dn14 6** network very poor mostly no network is for relative in hospital I look on the network status there is a mast issue how long it takes to fix these generally?
have tried switching phone on and off didnt help connection would drop after few minutes then come back but not very long it is indoors though but has been fine for past 7 days not sure why today issue

O2 don't give timescales for mast repairs so we wouldn't know. Just keep checking the status page and hopefully it should be back soon. Bear in mind though, there are less people working during the current crisis so it may take longer than normal.
