No network

Isn't there any way that any of us can get some compensation I am currently using Giffgaff which belongs to 02 the same network

Ask giffgaff for compo. Your contract is with them, not O2.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Sammybabez Whatever compensation is offered, it will be very small. There are 32 million customers without service.
