I am in Croatia . I have no connection to the Internet. I am unable to get WhatsApp messages or connect to my Web.

This happens every time outside of the UK

If you have an iPhone change your apn to “mobile.o2.co.uk”

Also, for any phone, try manually searching for a different network.

You may have a roaming bar on the account. In which case you need to contact customer services and ask them to lift the bar Guide: How to find help & contact O2

A roaming bar would effect calls too....

Also check that data roaming is selected in network settings.

It needs changing when they are on the incorrect data bolt on. Usually happens with a tariff change or upgrade.

Check your internet settings because you could have the Wong settings to use the internet. If your internet settings are OK then you will need to call o2 as there need to be done on your account to let you use your phone out of the UK.
