Hello,

I have recently been posted (armed forces move) and in my new house I have next to 0 signal. Obviously I don't want to end my contract as I will have to pay around £350 and it's not o2's fault that I had to move. My question is... Who can I ask to put a new mast up?! Don't want to leave o2 in November but won't have a choice!

@Meady

Sadly, they won't put a mast up no matter who you ask. It doesn't work like that.

Maybe you can use wifi calling ?

Yeah, you've got no choice but to go with whoever gives the best signal.
