No Data all day!

This is unacceptable. I will ask full refund plus compensation! I’m an O2 user since 2018 and your service not only let me down but incur in damages in my business and personal affairs!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

This whole day, I had no data at all! Extremely innapropriate as I needed it on my way to an exam.. The lack of care that this company has on their customers is appaling. I certainetly will not be continuing to use O2 services. The price for which I pay is not a worth it. 

 

I expect too highly of O2 but today's event says otherwise.

Are you on contract and in your minimum term, then you will need to pay off your device/airtime and give 30days notice
Dont cancel any DD's otherwise o2 will come after you, and if you still dont pay Mr Robinson n Way will come a knocking, and you may end up with a default and even a ccj against you....

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
