Ok I have a few options I want to consider.

IPhone 8 256gb red
LG g7
LG v30/40
Google pixel 3
Huawei p20 pro
Samsung s10or or whatever they call it.

Samsung Galaxy S10, Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra

P20 pro is an awesome phone but I'd go for the pixel 3 for the pure android experience.

Obviously I’d go for the iPhone 8 due to my preference of iTunes but I’d say the Huawei. I had a look at one over the weekend & it looked nice & a smooth running device

Personally @anticpated I'd recommend the S9/S9+.@viridis did an excellent review of the phone, if you want to know the ins and outs.

But then I admit I'm prejudiced as I love Samsung, as my signature implies.

Lover of all things Samsung. Currently using Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus 128gb

Depends on what you are looking for.
v30 is a really nice phone (I have one). Only issue is that LG are not the quickest with updates.
Huawei get good reviews, and the P20 is supposed to be their best yet.
Not a fan of iPhones, but whatever my opinion is they work and do what they are meant to.
Pixels also get rave reviews and get updates as they come out which is good and bad.
