I have been a customer with o2 for 18+ years and wanted to get a new phone for me and my wife. we have checked on line and seen what we wanted. contacted customer services to see if they had a good offer as the phones we liked were cheaper at tescos also cheaper monthly payments. Thought we would give o2 a chance to come up with a good price but they could not. so now will be leaving, Sad day as there in nothing for loyalty.

@Michael6O2 operate a fair for all policy, so it's very doubtful you would be offered anything cheaper.
Having said that, some people have been known to get a discount if they call customer services and ask for retentions...(or 'thinking of leaving' option)
