Ok so this is quite weird and I’ve probably asked it before but where are the existing customer deals??? I know there isn’t any but like what?? Why’s the loyalty to the new customers, not the ones that have been here for a while. The plans are quite expensive anyway so why aren’t customers given any perks

Hi @Ebritton14

Existing deals are here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/great-deals

I have been looking at the sim only deals this morning and if I upgrade now I can get a better deal than last year.

O2 won't price match, but they do have deals....it's just knowing the right time to look...

Edited to add...you wont find deals on reasonably new iPhones as they have just released the latest version. You could look in CPW ..you will probably find a better option there, whilst still staying with O2. Though you won't get Refresh

Thanks. I don’t know about o2s deals though as every other network seems to be doing good deals on the new phones.

I agree, there again, they don't offer Refresh or O2 Open.

I recently bought a S9+ for my grandson from CPW. It was with O2, much cheaper and he wasn't interested in Refresh. You have to go wherever suits you best really. Making sure you get coverage if you change network

You can stay with O2 even if you get your phone from CPW @Ebritton14
