If a company just only wants to take money from customer and does not want to take a responsibility to look after theirs cacustomer, I call the company a rubish company.

It would be nice to find just one company these days that put the customer first.
They all seem to forget that it's customers that keep businesses going!

Sad that shareholders (who do nothing for a companies profits) come first every time.
