Network problems.

I know anything can come across problems and faults, I do not watch television so i did not know about the problems that was occurring until i found out no one could get a hold of me, My father is unwell and i help care for him and i missed a very important call from my spinal surgeon who was offering me a appointment for pain injections, Now i may have to wait another two to three months for another appointment, two to three months of more pain, My mobile is my way of contact 24/7 as it is for many others, I never ask for anything but i do think some sort of compensation should be offered.

It also seems this is the only way i can get in touch.

Hi @TracyAnn, and thanks for posting about yesterday's issues with the network. We are finalising how we make it up to our customers and will be contacting them later today about this.

We have an official topic about issues with the network so we're locking this thread to keep the conversation in one please. Please use this thread to find out our latest updates and share your feedback.

Thanks,
