I can't make or receive phone calls what is going on with O2 and I cannot get in touch with anyone at O2 to find out what the problem is

What on earth is going on !!! Cannot call out have missed very important calls and cannot get through to O2 - I have never experienced this with another network operator - I want compensation and my money back as I am going to another network shocking from O2

There are now five threads addressing the same issue. I expect there will be more as no one ever bothers to look. This is obviously a network-wide issue, which I'm sure O2 must be aware of by now.
