Network problem yesterday

Hi I was just wondering if there is compensation for pay as you go customers after the issue yesterday

Hi @Laurawilliams37, and thanks for posting about yesterday's issues with the network. We are finalising how we make it up to our customers and will be contacting them later today about this.
