Bit mis leading to advertise most phones with Netflix offer, only to find out 2 weeks later it is depening on the tariff only and not the phone. 500mb contract does not qualify. A bit like buying a plane ticket and finding out the advertised price is not what you end up paying.

 

The banner on the image says nothing about subject to conditions.

But it is clearly stated when you choose a tariff which ones are included, or not.
Anyway, it pays to read all T&C's first, whatever it is you are signing up to.

Quite clear cut to me. Maybe they saw the word Netflix & that was it
