My phone will not collect to internet, all my other devices are not a problem!

Can you give a bit more information? I'm afraid your question asks many more before it can be answered.

 

  • Has it ever connected before?
  • What phone is it?
  • Is wifi turned on?
  • Is your phone showing a good wifi signal?
  • Is it YOUR router you are trying to connect to?
  • Have you got as far as the log in screen on your phone?
  • Have you got the right password using the correct upper and lower case?  The password is usually somewhere on your router.

To add to all of the above questions, are you trying to connect by WiFi or by using your data? 

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Text the word "Active" to 2020 and save the settings that get sent back.

Reboot phone and try again.
