My O2 broken?

Anonymous
Not applicable
Is it just me, or has the My O2 site been down for what seems like months? When I try and get to the page where you could see your balance, free minute allowances, bolt-on's etc. now I just get a 404 error!

I'm on Pay & Go if that makes any difference?

Thanks slight_smile

No it appears to be working ok, but the site tends to go down late at night for maintenance.

Odd - it seems to be just me then. I have had this problem for months persistently.

From www.o2.co.uk, I click the drop down next to My O2, then Balances & Bills, then I log in, then I am redirected to:

https://myo2services.o2.co.uk/dashboard/selector

where the title screen of my browser/tab says - 404 Not Found

and the page says:

We're sorry but we're experiencing a few technical problems that we're currently investigating. Please come back and try again later.

I've just tried it and it gave me a page which said "It's a new day for O2" with a button to continue and I could see my balance (payg)

Maybe they have just fixed it.

Make sure that you are only using the first part of your log-in, i.e. not the @O2.co.uk part, and check your password is correct.

So, was it an error with your log-in details?

Please tell, as many people seem to be having problems similar to yours.

Well the website said that I had 2 usernames, my e-mail address and a username (which is what I always used to log in, it used to work but then suddenly stopped - hence writing this post).

I selected to have my usernames "merged" into my e-mail address so I now use that to log in and reset my password and it seems to be working now.
