My O2 app and multiple accounts.

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have two pay monthly contracts linked together on my O2 account. One is my phone and one is my grandson's. I can use the My O2 app to view the bills etc. on both accounts, but I would like to let my grandson use the app on his iPhone to view just his bill and details. Is this possible?

Yes, no problem with that. He needs to log in with his number and it will only show his account.
It's only the master account that shows all....

Is this solution of entering only the phone number still true?

If so, how to get the password (as this should not be the main account password)?

Or will somehow the MyO2 app login without a password because it will have identified it is running on the phone that has the number we want to check the usage for?

Thanks.

I don't believe a password is required for secondary accounts.
