Ok, strange as you are the only reported issue so hang on for @EmilieT to feedback on the issues.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone7 (EE)

Ok, thanks @MI5 for trying to help.  Do you have an iPhone and if so what happens when you tap the 4 bars?

On android it works but I tried it on my iPhone and I get nothing the same as you, so it’s an issue with the iPhone app @EmilieT

@Junior Could you tell me which iOS version you're on as well please? In case there's any update available for your phone make sure to go ahead with it and let me know if it helps. Smiley Happy

@EmilieT Hi Emilie - iOS 12.4.1 - No updates  for either the operating system or the app
