My Email address is applied to the wrong person

I Have written 2 over two weeks ago no reply, phoned o2 customer services no joy speaking with them, my sister has confirmed that i am the account holder to this email address still not altered, never any one on line to talk with, fed up going to cancel,

This is a customer forum and we can't access your account so you must keep trying CS.
Also, you can't just cancel your account unless your contract is up or else you will be billed for full amount of contract.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

It's a little vague as to what is actually wrong but you can change your email in My O2.

@Anonymous If you just cancel, not only will you be billed for the full amount of what's left on your contract as @MI5 has said, it will affect your credit rating if you fail to pay it. Think twice before you do something in the heat of the moment that you may regret later on.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
