Front camera went faulty, upon opening the camera app, it showed a blurred image and then camera app locked up. The techie didn't even double check, I just showed him and he just went to get a replacement.
Took it to App Store, 40 min wait, confirm faulty, 20 min wait for replacement, replacement had scuff on corner, like it had been dropped? even though it came out of a sealed repaired/refubished replacement, not a brand new one, had to wait another 20 minute to get another one
all in all, 2 hours to travel to Apple Store to get the phone replaced and then travel back home.....
Thankfully it was Sunday, so didn't have anything to do.

And me...now title has been edited to Apple...
Mind you I do have to add...you wouldn't have actually got the phone back the same day had it been O2...so you did well really

Any business is only as good as the people you employ. My local O2 store are normally very good but I have seen people who don't seem to get the service they think they deserve. But it's a two way street so patience and respect should also be that way. Speak as you find though.
