Hi,
I have been getting intermittent service on my iphone 5. I went to O2 shop in Dundee to find out if any problems. They changed my Simms and lost use of the phone for 24 hours. On my return I checked the live coverage for our area and, what do you know, they have a mast down in our area and might effect service. This has now been going on for a week and still have no service. On line it is updated each hour but they do not tell you how long this will continue or what they are doing about it. Come on O2 lets get organised and give your customers a true update. JimS
