Hi. I've lost my iPhone 10 months into a 2-year Plan. As I still have 14 monthly repayments (£37.99), what is the most cost-effective way of replacing the phone while staying with the contract until September 2021?

You need to keep paying for it either monthly or all in one go.
You could claim on any insurance you have to cover this or just buy a cheap phone to see you through until you can upgrade.
