It's hard getting ahold of live gurus, but when you do they are brilliant, solved every problem I've had,......... After waiting hours to be answered

@Bigtasty Edge and IE browsers are working or try the chat link in the MyO2 app.

What is a live chat guru?  I have just spent a really frustrating 30 mins on the ordinary live chat to be fobbed off and told (very politely) they couldn't help me.  Oh and to blame their third party seller Car Phone Warehouse even though my contract is with O2 not carphone warehouse.  Would love to know if there is a better chat option out there as the standard one is worse than useless.

@SEGSIE if the upgrade was through cpw you need to cancel it with them, not O2.

Probably a trusted partner affiliated to CPW. I doubt even CPW would stoop that low!
