Lebara £5 pay as you go offer

Im on lebara pay as you go £5 a month 1000 minutes 1000 texts 2gb data 100 International minutes all for £5 a month pay as you go no contract. Why dosnt o2 have something similar cheapest o2 £5 deal payg is unlimited minutes but no data ?

Because they wouldn't make any money.
Lebara just buy space from Voda, they don't have a network to maintain like O2 do.
