Has anyone any experience with making a complaint/claiming compensationother than just being refunded ernious charges etc? I'm at the end of my tether after in excess of about 15 calls to various departments and i'm getting next t nowhere. Just want to understand the process to make an effective complaint without having to go throught the rigmarole of filling out forms etc.
