Late payment of bill and disconnection charge

Am unable to phone to speak to someone regarding this and need an email address to inform o2 date of when my bill willbe paid

There is no email address your only options are calling or live chat.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Set up a direct debit to ensure your bill is paid on time. Late payments will effect your credit file.

From what the OP has said it sounds as if the payment is late already. @Anonymous if you do not contact customer service using the link to the numbers provided asap, you will be disconnected. Not only will that negatively impact your credit rating, but you will also have to pay a reconnection charge.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

The system is automated so you really need to speak to someone who can override it. I'm not sure live chat can do that unless you get through to a UK adviser.
