As it turned out in my city, there is no support for 4G Calling (VoLTE). Does O2 plan to provide this service and when?

Today I checked the O2 Network app coverage area 4G Calls and a miracle! In Kingston upon Hull in the city center, shows that there is a coverage area. I do not know the truth or not, but I'll go check it out. I'll write it off later ...
I'm waiting for the official comments ...

I'm in the city center now. On the map, I'm in the coverage area of VoLTE, but in fact it does not work. (((
