I've got a new pay monthy sim but I want to keep my PAYG number. I've tried filling the keep my number form but it's not done anything & both numbers are active. Any ideas please
You have to call to move a number from pay as you go to pay monthly as far as I know. Be aware that number moves are taking far longer than normal currently.
