I've just tried to enter my order number of my S10 into the voucher code section for o2 recycle as requested.

However it is saying the code has already been used?

Has anyone else had this problem?

No reason why they can't have guru's working from home to help resolve this. And if there is an issue with following through with what is being advertised then that would also need addressed. Typical! 🤬🤬

Have you tried O2 using this route?

You'll need to call O2

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.

 

If that's no help, I'll tag  @O2Daniel to see if he can assist you..
