Insurance Claiming Delivery Failed

So, I've sent my phone to the so called "Insurance claiming". Got an email notifying me that the parcel would be with me by the next day supposedely the 1st of August. Today is the 6th and nothing has been delivered. Also the tracking number is wrong. Can't find it on Royal Mail, redirects me to Parcel Force, can't find it there as well, contact O2 after seral attemps, they just don't know where is it! It's just such a ridiculous system, doesn't work, you pay insurance but it's the same as nothing as you have no phone for weeks and also you have to pay a deposit, it's actually shameful!! O2 sucks, to get in contact is a pain, everything is very slow and expensive, every time you contact them, they send the blame to someone else, what the [Removed]. Really, no one even knows where my damn phone is. And of course, no one actually cares. And I'm on the loss. O2 SUCKS
