All I wanted to do was buy a 20gb pay monthly SIM online.
After over an hour of failed sales processes, different browsers, devices and (very helpful) live chat, just couldnt make it work, so in desperation asked for sales number to complete order over the phone.
Got number, called number, sales office closed!
Called ee straight after - sorted SIM deal in less than 3 mins (and reduced my home broadband cost by over £10pm).
Come on o2 you are losing it!
