How is 3G faster than 4G on O2? *** Worst Network Provider***

Hi Everyone,

I live in Berkshire and have noticed 4G barely works at all.

I have tested using the SpeedTest app and it shows that 3G is actually faster. I have had to revert back to that!

I am new to O2 and orginally come from Three Mobile. My friends are getting 70mb download on Three and Im struggling to get 10mb on O2 it is not right. I have complained serveral times and O2 do nothing and say its a busy area. 

Let me know if you are affected to. We need to stand together to make them do something about it.

It always wise to check coverage and data speeds before switching. What can seem the best deal is too late once locked into a 2 or 3 year deal.

Probably due to network congestion and/or mast issues.

The mast has probably been burnt to the ground!
