Hi everyone,

You might remember that earlier this month we asked you which health apps, if any, you use regularly to manage and improve different aspects of your health, or which apps you could think of that would be useful in that regard. We'd like to get a better understanding of your view on using tech in relation to your health, so in the coming weeks we'll have a few discussions around this!

Staying fit and healthy is a priority for many of us, or something we wish we could focus more on. It can be time consuming, overwhelming, or complicated, but there are many different tools available out there to support you with your health and fitness! Here are a few of them:

  • Health tracking devices (for example Fitbits)
  • Health tracking apps (for example MyFitnessPal which can track calorie/macro intake, but many more that you can find info about int he topic I linked to above)
  • Gym memberships (Priority often offers deals and discounts on those, so keep an eye out!)
  • Bespoke services such as Vitl who provide personalised vitamins based on your specific needs.

What sort of things to do you guys do to stay fit and healthy? Do you have any tips to share with the rest of the Community?

Hello @EmilieT

I have a few friends that use fitbit ~ a few months went by and no more fitbitupside_down

Other friends have gym memberships again after a while they stop going and the money is wasted.

I have a static bike which is useful but won't recommend because I use it rarely.

I feel I just need to fit in walking during the day and stay normal get exercise without

making a big deal about it.

I don't think that diets, jump up and get fit or any other momentary idea is good.

If I need to drop off some weight bit more walking to shop bit adjustment to food and keep

to that ~ a little every day is much better and more manageable. yahoo

Life has proven fatal in all known cases. And it's sexually transmitted, too...

Chew on that awhile (or gum, if the gnashers have long departed!) Crazy LOL

I did try the keto diet ... & ... it worked well ... but ... is too expensive for me because it is all about 1st class protein & vegetables & certain fruits ... = ... no carbs ... ... ... I exist on sandwiches, yes, I realise it's not healthy but a sarnie & cuppa soup with bananas (a superfood) ... I just don't cook anymore & havn't for some years

Yes, @Anonymous, I think I should join - my steps walked used to be good, poor these days - more time in the car than on foot.

I agree, @TallTrees says it right up there somewhere. thumbsup

There is nothing unhealthy about a sandwich. I love a sandwich have one every day. I like all sorts of fillings. I don't believe in buying diets buy good food. Tomato salt and pepper sandwich 🙂 heaven!
